Alchemy does not remove what is base — it transmutes it. Inner Alchemy holds the active, often uncomfortable process of interior transformation: the heat, the dissolution, the reorganisation of what you are into what you are becoming. This painting was made in gold — not as decoration, but as the material residue of something genuinely transformed.

Origins

Before there is a story, there is the ground from which the story grew. Origins holds the question of what you were before you became what you are — the essential nature that exists prior to conditioning, before the world left its marks. It is the deepest place in the field, where the oldest knowing lives. Returning here is not regression. It is remembrance.

Radiance

There is a particular quality of light that appears not from an external source but from within — when a person, or a room, or a moment is simply radiating. Radiance holds that quality. Not performance or presence-for-others, but the natural emission of something that is fully itself. When you are seen by this painting, you feel it asking: what would it mean to live from this place?

Sovereign

Sovereignty is not dominance — it is the quality of being fully in authority over your own inner territory. Sovereign holds the felt sense of one who needs no permission, no external validation, no confirmation that they are enough. The painting carries an unusual stillness — not passive, but settled. The gold that appears in it is not decorative. It is the material evidence of inner authority recognised.

There is a point in every genuine transformation where you cannot see the other side. Beyond holds that threshold — not the arrival, but the act of releasing from what came before it. Aurum Intus

Gold Within

Aurum Intus is the last word of the series and the oldest truth within it. The gold was never an achievement — it was always there. What the journey of The Living Field does is clear the ground so that what was already present can finally be seen. This painting holds the warmth of something arrived at — not earned, but finally received. Of all seven works, this one asks the least of you. It simply asks you to sit with it and believe it.

The Great Summoning

From the heart of the Divine, every creature answers the call. On the great night of Shiva — Pashupati, Lord of All Creatures — the sacred fire blazes outward, not consuming but summoning. Lions and tigers emerge with golden manes ablaze, birds take wing into the amber sky, and from the deep waters, two seals rise to meet each other in a tender kiss. Fierce and gentle, predator and prey, creatures of water and creatures of land — all drawn together, all born from the same divine source. The golden rivers of creation pour outward in every direction, carrying within them the cellular memory of life itself, while the white lace of foam marks the boundary where spirit becomes form. And at the center of all this magnificent becoming, the two seals pressing their faces together reveal the painting's secret heart: even amidst the roar of tigers and the wildfire of creation, tenderness exists. Love is the first thing the Divine brings forth. Created during Maha Shivaratri, this painting is an offering and a revelation — a celebration of Shiva as Pashupati, the protector who calls all beings into the golden light of consciousness, fierce and tender in equal measure.

Origins

Golden currents of consciousness meet vast turquoise waters of the unknown. At the centre, Om — the primordial sound from which all creation begins — emerges from a spiralling vortex, as if the painting itself is remembering its source. Delicate cellular textures ripple outward like life multiplying, while gold and ocean tones flow and merge in an intuitive dance across the canvas. What arrived through the pouring process feels ancient and alive — part cosmic map, part memory we all carry but can rarely name. Origins is an invitation to return to the centre, to the quiet knowing that existed before everything else began.

Surrender

This fluid acrylic painting captures the moment where different realms converge—earth meets ocean, sky kisses water, and golden light dances across the surface of infinity. The intricate cellular patterns that emerge on the right side of the composition reveal nature's hidden geometry, those sacred mathematical forms that appear in everything from sea foam to galaxies. Created through fluid techniques that honor the unpredictable, the painting became a meditation on letting go—allowing the elements to collaborate and create something beyond the artist's control. Soft golds blend into luminous teals and deep ocean blues, while delicate white lacework traces the energy of transformation. This is a piece about trust—in the process, in the flow, and in the divine synchronicity that occurs when we surrender and stay in the flow.

At the centre, a form emerges and dissolves at once, held in the sacred space between what was and what is becoming. Inner Alchemy is a reminder that transformation is not about escaping the depths. Not the joy of a life without struggle, but the deeper joy of a life aligned — of knowing that when you act with courage, when you hold your place in the world and do what you came here to do, you are moving in step with something far greater than yourself. Courage becomes lighter when it is held by faith. Duty becomes a gift when it is rooted in love.
