Artwork Purchases

  • Dimensions are approximate and may vary by a few millimeters
  • Each original painting is unique and may differ slightly from photos
  • We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions or pricing

Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Promotional pricing and discount codes have specific terms and expiration dates
  • Taxes and customs duties (for international orders) are the customer's responsibility

Payment

  • The right to reproduce, copy, or create derivatives
  • The right to use the artwork for commercial purposes
  • The right to digitally distribute or publish the artwork

Prohibited Uses

  • Reproduce the artwork in any form (digital or physical)
  • Use the artwork for merchandise, prints, or commercial products
  • Publish the artwork online without our written permission
  • Remove or alter copyright watermarks or signatures
  • Claim the artwork as your own creation

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • SKR Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the artwork in question
  • We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
  • We are not responsible for color variations due to monitor settings or lighting conditions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country where SKR Studio is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
