Work with the nervous system to support regulation and new, more supportive inner perspectives
Use awareness practices to help you notice and shift patterns in real time
Support the integration of new, more supportive perspectives

Increased confidence and self-trust
Greater alignment between intention and action
A different relationship to habits, urges, or automatic responses
A different relationship to long-standing patterns or habits
A renewed sense of direction and capacity
All one-to-one sessions are guided by The SKR Method™, a three-pillar framework that shapes how we work together.
Creating a space where the nervous system can settle and you feel supported, unpressured, and respected.
Bringing attention into the present moment, where insight, regulation, and choice become accessible.
Allowing change to unfold at your own pace, without judgment, urgency, or expectation.
This method ensures that transformation is supported, not forced.
This work is designed to be focused and intentional, not open-ended.
One to three one-to-one sessions, depending on the theme and depth of work

TRANSPARENCY & INFORMED CONSENT
One-to-one sessions at SKR Studio may include a combination of reflective dialogue, guided awareness, meditative practices, creative techniques, and gentle hypnotherapy-based or subconscious-focused methods.
The specific approach is explained in advance and chosen collaboratively, based on your needs and comfort level.
No technique is applied without clear explanation and your explicit agreement.
This work supports personal awareness, emotional regulation, and inner development.
It does not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, or specialised addiction treatment.
Sessions are offered following an initial inquiry to ensure suitability and ethical alignment.
If you feel drawn to this work, the first step is a private inquiry.
This allows us to clarify your needs, answer questions, and determine whether one-to-one sessions are the right fit for you at this time.
Details regarding structure and investment are shared during the inquiry and booking process.

Result: Restored energy, reconnected with purpose, inner peace
Every person's journey is unique. These testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of specific outcomes. RTT is a powerful tool for transformation, and results vary based on personal commitment, openness, and the nature of the work.
If you're ready to explore what's possible for you, let's begin.
Everything you need to know before, during, and after your RTT journey — answered honestly and clearly.
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a powerful method that combines elements of hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and neurolinguistic programming. In a session, we use a deeply relaxed state to access the subconscious mind — the place where your core beliefs, patterns, and emotional responses were originally formed. From there, we identify the root cause of what's holding you back and rewrite it. Unlike traditional therapy, which can take months or years to produce results, RTT is designed to create meaningful shifts in as few as one to three sessions.
A session typically lasts between 90 and 120 minutes. We begin with a conversation about what you're experiencing and what you'd like to shift. I then guide you into a deeply relaxed, hypnotic state — completely safe and entirely in your control. In this state, we explore the origins of your patterns together. Once we've identified the root cause, I help you release the old belief and install a new one. After the session, you receive a bespoke audio recording, tailored specifically to you, to reinforce the shift and deepen the work in the days and weeks that follow.
Absolutely. You are fully conscious and in control throughout the entire session. Hypnosis is not something that is done to you — it is a collaborative, guided state that you enter willingly and can exit at any time. You will remember everything. Many people describe the experience as deeply relaxing, like a meditative state. RTT is a well-established modality used by practitioners worldwide and is recognised for its safety and effectiveness.
Many people experience significant shifts in a single session. However, for deeper or longer-standing patterns — such as chronic anxiety, burnout, or deeply rooted self-worth issues — a tailored package of multiple sessions may be the better fit. During our initial conversation, we'll discuss your situation and determine the most effective approach for you. There is no pressure to commit to more than feels right.
After each session, you receive a personalised audio recording — not a generic script, but one crafted specifically around your experience, the beliefs we worked with, and the new direction you're moving toward. Listening to this recording regularly (typically once a day for the first two weeks) helps the subconscious mind consolidate the shift. It is one of the most important parts of the process and significantly increases the lasting impact of the work.
RTT can address a wide range of challenges, including performance anxiety, fear of public speaking, confidence and self-esteem issues, decision paralysis, emotional overwhelm, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, sleep disruption, and a general feeling of being disconnected from yourself. It can also support the emotional patterns behind a difficult relationship with food or body image. For clinically diagnosed eating disorders or situations involving medical risk, RTT works best as a complement to licensed clinical care.
Not at all. Some people come with one clear issue they want to address. Others arrive with a quieter, harder-to-name feeling — a sense that something is off, or that they haven't felt like themselves in a long time. Both are completely welcome. The discovery process within the session itself often reveals what needs attention, even when you can't quite articulate it beforehand.
A one-to-one session is ideal when you have a specific issue to work on, or when you'd like to experience RTT for the first time. A tailored package is designed for deeper, more complex patterns that benefit from continuity — such as long-standing burnout, chronic anxiety, or themes around self-worth that have built up over years. With a package, each session builds on the last, and the work is woven together into a structured roadmap designed specifically around your needs and history.
A one-to-one RTT session is €250. This includes a personalised intake form so we can make the most of our time together, the full RTT session itself (90–120 minutes), and your bespoke audio recording. For tailored packages, pricing is established after a discovery conversation — once your personalised roadmap is in place. The discovery consultation itself is included at no extra cost, and there is no obligation to proceed.
Yes. RTT works just as effectively online as it does in person. Sessions can be conducted via Zoom or another video platform of your choice. The deeply relaxed state we work with does not require physical proximity — what matters is that you feel comfortable, safe, and free from distractions. If you have a preference for in-person work, that is also available.
Everyone's experience is different, and results can vary. Most people notice a shift — sometimes immediately, sometimes over the days and weeks following the session as the recording does its work. If you feel that the session hasn't had the impact you hoped for, we will talk about it openly and explore what might be the next best step. The goal is always to find what works for you — whether that's a second session, a package, or a different approach entirely.
There is very little you need to do. Simply come with an open mind and a willingness to explore. It can help to spend a few minutes beforehand reflecting on what you'd like to shift — not to have a perfect answer, but just to notice what comes up. Wear something comfortable, find a quiet space if attending online, and allow yourself the full length of the session without rushing afterward. That's all.
Reach out anytime. There is no question too small, and no pressure to commit. We are here to help you find the right path.
