At SKR Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Each artwork is created with love, intention, and sacred energy. We understand that viewing art online is different from seeing it in person, so we've created a fair and transparent return policy.

Original Paintings

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your original painting, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided:

  • The artwork is returned in its original condition (undamaged, unframed, unaltered)
  • The artwork is returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging
  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving the artwork to initiate the return
  • The artwork is shipped back with tracking and insurance

Return Process for Originals

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions
  3. Pack Securely: Repack the artwork carefully using the original packaging or equivalent protection
  4. Ship Back: Send the artwork via a tracked and insured shipping method
  5. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer's Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the artwork arrived damaged or was shipped in error
  • Damaged/Error Returns: If the artwork was damaged in transit or we made an error, we will provide a prepaid return label

Prints

30-Day Return Window

Prints may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if:

  • The print is in original, unused condition
  • The print has not been framed, mounted, or altered
  • The print is returned in protective packaging with tracking

Non-Returnable Print Conditions

  • Prints that have been customized or personalized
  • Prints showing signs of use, display, or damage
  • Prints returned without prior authorization

Refund Processing

Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank)

Refund Amount

  • Full Refund: Original purchase price of the artwork
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or damage
  • Return Shipping: Not reimbursed unless the return is due to our error or damage

Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Immediate Action: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide Photos: Send clear photos of the damage (including packaging)
  3. Resolution Options:
    • Full refund (including original shipping)
    • Free replacement shipment
    • Partial refund if you wish to keep the item despite minor damage

We will provide a prepaid return label for damaged items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Commissioned Artworks: Custom paintings created specifically for you
  • Digital Products: Downloadable prints or digital files (once accessed)
  • Gift Cards: Non-refundable and non-exchangeable
  • Sale Items: Artworks marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during special promotions (unless damaged)
